We’re currently seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts as we continue to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will have responsibility for communication and website management, SEO, and sales enablement. Based on data and analytics, you will manage our Google Ad campaigns, making adjustments and recommendations along the way.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to measure and analyze website performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Coordinate and manage communication channels, including newsletters and social media posts, to engage and nurture our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling case studies that showcase the value of Apostrophe solutions.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring content accuracy, and making timely updates.
  • Utilize HubSpot to automate marketing campaigns, track leads, and manage inbound communications.
  • Leverage your experience in marketing open-source or SaaS products to develop effective strategies and tactics.
  • When applicable, assist with event participation, including conferences and webinars, to generate leads and enhance brand exposure.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and leveraging analytics to drive results.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage newsletters, social media posts, and other communication channels.
  • Experience in sales enablement, including writing compelling case studies and success stories.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to make recommendations based on such best practices.
  • Proficiency in website management, including content updates and conversion opportunities.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools for marketing automation and lead management.
  • Previous experience in marketing open-source or SaaS products is highly desirable.
